Since Hurricane Georges this reef has shown modest elkhorn coral regrowth. The big question is, will it survive through the heat of this summer? Bleaching and coral disease have begun as we enter the warm days of summer. We will be keeping close tabs on this reef through out the summer and will post current images to this section of the Reef Relief Web site under the heading Rock Key Buoy 14 (RKB14).
