Volunteers Needed for Saturday, January 28th, 2012 Shoreline Clean-up

Saturday January 28, 2012    9am-1:30pm

Join Reef Relief for a backcountry mangrove shoreline clean-up this Saturday, January 28^th, 2012 from 9am-1:30pm. Volunteers are needed to help remove marine debris that can injure, entangle, or cause abrasions to sea turtles, birds and bottom dwelling organisms like sea fans, soft corals, and sponges.

This event has limited space so please RSVP by emailing Reef Relief at [email protected] or call 305-294-3100 to ensure that you can take part in this community conservation event.  Volunteers should meet at 9:00am at the Reef Relief Environmental Center located at 631 Greene, St, and Key West, FL 33040. The Reef Relief Center is next to the Conch Republic Seafood Company Restaurant. We should be done by 1:30 pm.
